PHS - Thirst Determination - A collection of notes

| Sources - PHS Certification Year 1 by Ra Uru Hu (2005) & Radical Transformations (2010)

Listening again to PHS material on Determination from Ra, so good to get a more nuanced grasp of our determination compared to more general lectures, those have changed so much about my experience of it and guidance around it 🤓

Note : there is some repetition, I didn’t choose to make sure info was only there once but rather collected all pieces that described each Determination it appears.

Basics from Radical transformations

“The Cold: An Overheated System

The child that has cold, basically what they have is an overheated system. It‘s just overheated. And because it's overheated, anything that they're taking into their system they're burning off what they need. So if they're putting hot food in on top of their hot system it is all wasted away.

The Hot: Very Weak Digestive Systems

The other side, of course, the hot side is that you have those people that have very, very weak digestive systems that run cold. They cannot burn off what they need to burn off and need the heat for the chemical reaction. So you have the hot side where everything has to be above body temperature.”

From PHS Analysis

“So for example, it's not so much it is not so much, how much liquid is involved. In that sense, the real theme for these beings is whether the liquid is hot, or the liquid is cold. And for example, if you have you know, let's say that your your brain function in terms of internalization, that it is its natural predisposition is for cold liquids. I mean, that's its natural predisposition, if it's conditioned to take in hot liquids, and I can imagine everybody thinking about babies now, at least I do automatically. If they're conditioned to take in too hot liquids, it is going to have a homogenizing effect rather than a differentiating effect on the development of the brain or the which, or the way in which the brain is going to function in terms of the impact on on, you know, the hormonal information and all these other things. Now, again, like so much of the knowledge, it is a simple keynote, but it's incredibly important because there is no gray area.”

“I mean, we know that when we go through the resonance of the third color to the third line, and we get to, you know, the obvious the trial and error and so forth, so on, but the discovery and the material quality of the third line because deeply, deeply material, and it's interesting to note that, you know, this is the byproduct of the hot or the cold. And it's very interesting, and it means that, quite frankly, you know, if you're somebody that has both hot and cold in the liquids that you take in, chances are that you're diminishing your opportunities on the material plane. I don't think anyone's ever said that. But nonetheless, that one's a beauty for me, I really liked that one a lot.” [yes, that’s for, everyone, right before he talks about how he -Calm determination- only drinks hot drinks, and this was confirmed by an analyst who, studied with him directly, left brains drink hotmideally, right brains cold, this one had such funny effects on my end and my partner’s!]

“The other thing is that the hot and cold is, is probably also about the the reaction or need for a warmer or colder places in that sense, that are very healthy, you know, temperature is going to have a lot to do with the way in which this color is going to operate, it's going to be there.”

“I mean, you know, what's with the third color baby that isn't here for hot, is only here for cold? You know, should it be breastfed? You know, the answer is no.”

[about Light transference, when the 3rd colour body does not get the nourishing it needs]

Only a quick reference to “And this is something very important to understand about light therapies. You know, the kinds of things where people use light to help people.” [a 3rd color body obsessed with healing thanks to light/sunlight etc instead of focusing on temperature is in transference and getting itself sick]

[hot] “It‘s very important that what you put in your body is warm. One of the things that you should really stay away from, and I know for some Americans it‘s a horror to even hear that, but anything that has ice cubes, ice cubes are really a threat to your physical system. They‘re really not good for the way in which you process information, the way in which your brain works; warm food, particularly warm liquids. Warm liquids are something that are very, very important for you to have every day and stay away from the cold. Stay away from particularly cold liquids. It doesn‘t mean you can‘t have a sandwich once in awhile, or a salad or whatever that isn‘t hot, that‘s not really the point. But it‘s very important that your meals are warm meals, particularly in the morning. If you‘re somebody that‘s into having a breakfast in the morning, then it should be a warm breakfast. Again, it‘s the importance of hot liquids for you.”

[cold] “it‘s the cold that‘s so important for you. So, those ice cubes are wonderful things. The other thing is stay away from warm meals. It‘s really something to experiment with. But stay away from warm meals. It‘s not good for you. It doesn‘t have to be cold, if you know what I mean. It‘s just having heated food, having heated drinks is not something that is healthy for you; it‘s not something that‘s healthy for you to take into your body. So, the cold is something that can be a real key for you.”

[cold] “Stay away from environments that are too hot for you. Don‘t overheat your space.”

[hot] “cold showers are not healthy for them”

[hot] “it might be very good for the third color that's fixed to the hot to take advantage of saunas or warm Whirlpool baths or, you know, whatever the case may be.”
