Advice for Projectors struggling on the material plane
Q : Most projectors, I know, are at a point where they hate their careers and job relationships, but feel financially stressed or reluctant to quit. How do you counsel projectors to deal with the financial pressure on them? To keep doing what they are doing?
Oh, that's a it's a really good question, Susan. It's a real problem for projectors. You know, it's my joke about the defined sacral and the undefined sacral. You know, the defined sacral is here to work and the undefined sacral doesn't want to work. The undefined sacral is interested in having a life. You know, it doesn't want to work.
And so many projectors are, you know, involved in all kinds of things, and it is not the job. I mean, given the context of this discussion this evening, it really isn't the job, it's the people that they're working with. And again, you have to see that this is the whole thing about what it is to be a projector, there is nothing more influencing than the work of either the sacral, or the throat to a motor. I mean, it's so powerful as a conditioning force.
You know, every projector was born not to know when enough is enough, every projector was born, you know, trying to make some kind of an impression on the other, there's enormous pressure on the projector. And again, the only healing for them is when they begin to understand the system, when they begin to understand how everything works around them.
In a direct response to your question, there isn't much you can do other than guide them into investigating who they should really be focusing on in their life and how they can focus on them.
For some who are really ready, who may be free of obligations of you know, family, or have partners that are willing, you know, to leap into the void, it would be great for them to just dump it and see what happens. You know, the real cosmic vacation every once in a while there are people like that who are willing to just try.
And again, projectors have a wonderful time when they travel, you know, because they're always able to reconstitute their environment in their own image, they can do it the way that is correct for them. But yes, it's very difficult.
Projectors have difficulty on the material plane, it's one of the things about and I'm hoping to be able to institute this sometime in the next year or so. It's something I've been talking about for a couple of years, which is developing some kind of scholarship programme for projectors in advanced studies and design. You know, to have a really good education in design is is not inexpensive. And and the generators rarely have as much difficulty in being able to pay for courses as projectors do, I mean, projectors do everything in their power to, you know, try to get this and try to get them try to figure out a way to get around this or that so that they can get this or that and participate in, it is a real problem.
Projectors have difficulty on the material plane. And the joke is of course that at the corporate level of this work, projectors are the stars. I mean, they're designed to, you know, run corporations, run businesses, they are the most efficient potential managers, they have enormous gifts of being able to operate on the material plane, but again, it goes back to the very basics.
The difficult aspect for any projector is that you can't promise them instant gratification. You can't tell that friend of yours who has a client who's having those problems at work, that hates their careers, that want out, their projector, you can't say to them, « Look, try this and tomorrow is going to be a different day ».
You can you got to say to them, « Look, you got seven years in front of you. You need to understand how everything works and then, you're really going to get your shot. And along the way you’ll have moments where you will appreciate the value of what you're doing. But you really have to recognise this is an education ».
You know, projectors are needed and hopefully we'll get to a point where in case we can help some of them.
